The Friary Guildford Welcomes Independent British Lifestyle store Oliver Bonas
Independent British Lifestyle store, Oliver Bonas, is opening its doors in the historic town of Guildford, Surrey on Friday, 19 October 2018.
Established in 1993 by founder and CEO Oliver Tress, Oliver Bonas has evolved from Olly bringing back interesting pieces from his travels abroad, into an ever-expanding team of creative individuals. Today, Olly is still at Oliver Bonas and his love of good design and innovation is one of the company’s guiding principles.
Oliver Bonas’ buyers and designers travel around the world to inspire their latest creations, working with skilled artisans who are experts in their fields to craft new ideas. Their collections – from fashion and jewellery to homeware and furniture – are curated by Olly with the help of the rest of the Oliver Bonas team, focusing on high-quality materials with handcrafted touches.
Almost all Oliver Bonas products are designed in-house, from concept sketch to finished article. From the tiny details, like their hand-sketched cosmetics packaging, to statement sculptural lighting, their passion for design always plays a role. With its close knit community and historic setting, Oliver Bonas are thrilled to be opening a store in Guildford.
Oliver Bonas Guildford will be found on the second floor in The Friary Guildford next to Costa Coffee. Centre Manager Vicky Hickson is thrilled to be welcoming the British Lifestyle store, commenting “Oliver Bonas will be a fantastic addition to our already well established mix of retailers including Zara, Beaverbrooks, River Island, Primark, Schuh, Urban Outfitters, Levi’s and more.
“Our Guildford store will sell an edited collection across women’s fashion, accessories, homeware and jewellery, and with the festive season fast approaching, it’s the perfect time for Oliver Bonas to be opening its doors!
